The goal is to become better in using your core assets, time and energy. To achieve this goal we will work as a team; you and ForeF. The role of ForeF is to provide the tooling, guidance and support. Your role is to capture events and define improvement actions. 

There are two key reasons for this collaborative approach. Working together not only makes the learning experience more powerful, it also enables a friendly price of €395,- for a learning journey of 4 weeks !

The beauty of 4F is that it is data driven, so you can calculate the percentage improvement. With 4F you will receive double digit gains in all core scores. This makes 4F by far (!) the most profitable investment.

What is included ?

As outlined above ForeF takes care of the Tooling, Guidance and Support.

Tooling: The tooling is especially designed for 4F and handles alerts, data capturing and dashboarding. During the journey over 300 measurements will be done. With these data elements ForeF compiles  a multitude of dashboards, giving a detailed and insightful overview what went well and what can be improved (see also the Case of Sarah).

Guidance: ForeF ensures that the learner understand the specific 4F elements (goal setting, budgeting, measuring, dashboards) and proces. During the journey a ForeF expert checks whether these elements are correctly applied.

Support: This is a service aimed to help (and motivate) during the learning journey. 

What is not included ?

Measuring. ForeF provides the tooling, however the data capturing has to be done by you. We have designed an extremely efficient method so the data capturing only takes a few seconds (the 2-digit snapshot).

Check and Act: The other important element is the analyses of the dashboards (check), and the decision what to improve and how (act). Of course you will get guidance from ForeF on how to interpret the feedback, but the actual decision can only be made by you.

Common Practice:

Time & Energy Management, the ability to use time and energy in the best possible way, is an important skill. Many team leaders therefore give their team members the opportunity to improve their skills by giving a 4F-ticket (code). Each member can decide whether to use it or not. Unused tickets of course are credited.

Please note that ForeF acknowledges that the data is sensitive. Any content is only shared with the learner.

Summary:
