For €345 per person, your team gets four weeks of personal guidance, weekly insights, and a factual overview of where Focus and Fun are out of balance. That’s less than two hours of a consultant’s time, for four weeks of structural improvement.
What is included?
Introduction material
The introduction is done by the manager or coordinator to ensure that the key elements of James are clearly communicated like:
- Participation is voluntary.
- Full data protection and privacy.
- The outcome is for learning, not for performance evaluation.
Personal guidance
During the 4 weeks each participant gets support from an expert of ForeF. This includes: 
- Step-by-step guidance over the different phases.
- Configuration of James to provide alerts, capture data and create reports.
- Monitoring progress.
- Motivating when needed.
- Performing quality assurance.
- Answering questions.
The expert will not participate in the analysis or action definition as this requires contextual knowledge and it is an essential part of the learning process.
