Test 4F
We acknowledge that a data driven learning method is not for everybody. Despite the guidance and support from ForeF there are some actions required from the learner. The time needed to complete will not be an issue as the total time spend will be less than 30 min per week. However it is good to highlight two minor challenges.
The first is that you “need to plant today in order to reap in the future”. Or in this case, take the snapshots (measures) before getting the reward in the form of the dashboards. This requires some discipline, certainly because you should take the snapshots close to the event (you should not enter them at the end of the day)
The second challenge might be the data driven approach. Since most learners have a higher education this probably is not a major issue.
If you send a request to ForeF you will get a free PDCA improvement cycle. We will guide you through each phase with advice, alerts and support. At the end of course you can decide to stop (it would be nice to receive your feedback) or to continue at a reduced price.
