Below you find additional information on the key roles and the pilot phases.
The Key Roles
- Introduce the pilot (why, how, time spent, ..)
- Manage the process and if needed connect with ForeF
- Complete three improvement cycles of one week each
- Invest approximately 30 min per week on James:
- 10 min enter week-plan
- 10 min capture hourly status on Focus and Flow
- 10 min evaluate findings and define improvement actions.
- Give feedback at the end of the pilot

The Pilot Phases
- Pilot owner creates introduction presentation.
Nb: ForeF delivers introduction material. - Assembles a group of pilot participants
- Introduces pilot and expectations to the participants
- Gives coupons and James number to the participants
- Each participant sends the coupon number to James via Whatsapp
- ForeF takes care of the onboarding
- James collects the week-plan and facilitates the data capturing process
- ForeF monitors and if needed motivates progress.
- ForeF validates input.
- James sends the week-report with the scores to the participants.
- The participants define at least one improvement action.
- Pilot owner organizes evaluation meeting
- Participant feedback on Fun and Focus scores progression and whether James should be made available to volunteers.
